Spinach Creamy Spaghetti with Corn and Crab Meat
   
Ingredients
(For 2 servings): Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn (190g x 3packs) ½ box, Del Monte Creamy Mushroom Soup 1 box, Onion ½ pc, Garlic 2 cloves, Linguine 200g, Frozen Crab Meat 200g, Spinach 50g, Cherry Tomato 8 pcs
 
Marinade
Black pepper ½ tsp, Sea Salt ½ tsp, Olive Oil appropriate
 
Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn (190g x 3packs)
Steps
1.
Dice the onion; chop the garlic; cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2.
Boil hot water, add a tablespoon of olive oil and cook the linguine for 5 minutes. Drain after cooking.
3.
Heat the pan over medium heat, add some olive oil, and saute the onions and garlics until soft.
4.
Add Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn, crab meat, cherry tomatoes and spinach and stir well.
5.
Boil the Del Monte Creamy Mushroom Soup, add the linguine, and season with sea salt and black pepper. Then turn to high heat, cook until the sauce thickens, and serve.
