Custard Yogurt Toast with yellow peach

2 pcs Del Monte South Africa Peach Halves
Del Monte cranberries
70g low-fat Greek yogurt
2 slices thick sliced bread
1/2 tbsp honey
1 egg
Mix Greek yogurt, eggs and honey together, then set aside.
Press the core of the sliced bread with a spoon.
Slice the peaches into thin slices and assemble into the shape of rose.
Fill the bread with the yogurt mixture, put the peach rose and cranberries on top, air fry at 180°C for 5-8 minutes then turn up the heat to 200°C for extra 3 minutes.
Compared to French pudding bread, using low-fat Greek yogurt as filling is much healthier and less heavy.
Greek yogurt has higher protein content than cheese, which has higher satiety too.
